The app is user-friendly, making it easy to shop on there. The only thing that could be improved would be, if when looking through the orders, you could tap on an ordered item and land on the products page directly in the app. Now you first have to open the order and when you tap there on an item, it opens 37 tabs of the products page in the browser.

Well-designed app. Simple, intuitive, innovative. Buying furniture is usually done at the store. Only there one can touch & feel the materials, get an impression on dimensions. This has a significant impact on your buying decision. With this app however you can already get a first direction as long as you have no clue where to start. The huge selection of brands and plenty of detailed pictures are very helpful in the decision-making.

Zero service. They send furniture by mail as it were a book. You have zero control on what day and what time it can be delivered. Even worse, you can spend the whole day on the delivery day, but nothing would be delivered and the delivery day you find online is in the past without update. There is no email to contact customer service. By phone, it takes ages to get to the person. Their delivery partner does not reply emails, and you can not contact by phone. It is not that cheap to waste your time on this.

Don't order anything here! If you don't believe me Google for reviews online. It's always the same problem with these guys: you order something, if you ever get something it will be terribly late, if you want to send back your order there will be some formalities impossible to fulfill, you write customer service, and you have to wait for days to get an answer, you write a bad review online and somebody answers you within an hour that the way you've been treated doesn't meet their standard, they promise you improvement, but it never improves. So really: save yourself time and money and don't even download this app.

This app would be good, if it was able to sync the "Wunschliste" properly, not just overwrite what is on the server or forget the list entirely (and then overwrite). Great piece of software coding and beta testing! 👌
