App is OK but seems to have gone downhill. Search results don't reflect the filters I've selected (e.g. I have to scroll through almost a hundred results which are mostly apartments when I've selected property type as 'house'). When it does work, the app makes booking and communicating with property owners easy.

This is the best place we've stayed in over 25 years of holiday rentals in the area. Love the beach house feel with lots of cozy areas to relax, sea and sunrise views. It's dog friendly and just a great relaxing place to stay.

Don't bother using Stay. Airbnb is way better and more in favor of the guests and the hosts are much better too. Stay will not refund any money for cancellations before 7 days, whereas Airbnb will give you 100% refund for cancellations before 48 hours of your booking no questions asked.

Do not use this platform. I booked a room to stay for a week in sydney and paid the full amount. The host then realized they had double booked the room and I had to cancel my booking. The refunded amount was over $40 AUD short of what I paid due to currency conversion fees. Essentially I paid over $40 for nothing but my wasted time and no way of knowing if my next booking will also be double booked. Not sure why I should be out of pocket for doing nothing wrong?
