WARNING TO CONTRACTORS - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME This company was great for me for many years. They had a system that worked for both clients and contractors which ranked trades companies based on thier reviews and homeowners could decide who to contact. There was a monthly fee for contractors for additional advertising spots or adding more categories. In January 2025 they moved to a 'Bark' style format where you pay by the lead, and it's a race against everyone else. Owners have ruined it.

I would not recommend this to contractors. You're signing up for a service that doesn't fulfil what it promised. There are alot of surprises along the way. I signed up 1 month ago. I got 2 leads and I called within 5 minutes, and they don't answer. You will be stuck with them, and they great you soo poorly afte.
