Loved the game, but it froze up, and I no longer can play. I can't even click on support to get help. I'm on level 472. Can you please fix it? I push play and nothing happens.

Played for about a week. Love the game. But out of nowhere it just sits at the loading screen. Not sure if there's about to be an update or what. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and it continues to sit at the loading screen. Was a 5/5star til this happened.
