I love the app. So easy to use and whenever need to live chat with someone it's super easy and fast. Banking threw Horizon is so easy and no stress. The app is simple and works great!!!

This app takes an excessive amount of time to check once balance. The easy to navigate this app is bulky with a lot of unnecessary elements. It's not just an interface to your banking account it's also a platform for the bank to advertise. Unlike cash app you must log into your phone log into the account before waiting for it to populate your information in order to check your balance. This process can take up to 2 minutes depending on your network. Cash app updates continuously with no login.

Since the new debit card launch in July, I can't use card valet to monitor card transactions. Card controls don't show which card was used for which transaction. Debit transactions aren't reflecting correctly on the balance until days later. More likely to overdraft since the balance isn't accurate. Some vendors can't accept the new cards, forcing us to have cash on hand.

Garbage. Embark's app was excellent. Horizon buys or "merges" with Embark, and now I'm left with a mobile banking app that RARELY loads past the login screen. You'd think such an institution as Horizon could afford to pay some actual developers more than $5 an hour to design their app. Update: That's fixed, but now every time I try to log in to check my balance I have to do it twice. It won't show your accounts. You have to log out and back in again. Over a year and still not fixed. Idiots.
