★★☆☆☆ Ok game and have been playing for a while and just discovered that my ability to do after spending the hearts on them)fireplaces and stairs have been removed, there is nowhere to go to contact a person to get this sorted and no one seems to care, have worked so hard to get what I have and get to the New York chapter but am seriously thinking of deleting the game(I don't want to) as nothing is getting sorted out.

★★☆☆☆ Love the game. But things are not unlocking when they are supposed to. Ie; fireplaces are supposed to unlock at level 4 appliances; they were unlocked for a total of 3 houses and then were locked again.
