The best way I can put it is SCAMMERS, Sound better than it is, this is a rubbish company, no phone number, the call back system is put in place In case of emergency, I requested call back over a week ago and still haven't received it They change ridiculous fees, they give you instant jobs yet if your cancel is late, so you pay. I honestly was just doing this to get by, but I rather not get by than to deal with this.

Disappointed in their decision-making, Housekeep give me a task for 3 hours, upon arriving at the clients house, client actually needed end of tenancy cleaning. Client called Housekeep to bring in someone to do the end of tenancy cleaning because it was the clients last day to move out but unfortunately Housekeep didn't have any end of tenancy cleaners, so client begged me if I could do the end of tenancy cleaning, and sure I took the job and client paid directly to me. My account is terminated
