Had one good housekeeper, but the last minute cancellations & cleaners who worked as if they didn't want to be there, shouted toxic unprofessionalism. At least have a cancellation policy for the housekeepers to take place during customer service working hours. This company needs to consider rethinking their model.

I had 2 cleaning cancellations in a week and a change in cleaning time 16 hours before the scheduled time WITHOUT my consent. So I had to cancel the clean myself. That's 3 cancellations in a week! Plus, I've been without a regular cleaner for over 3 months despite being generally available during the week. Customer service, although kind, weren't able to fix the issue. These missed cleans have a substantial impact on my plans. If anyone knows of another cleaning provider do let me know.
