They haven't yet returned my rent of February, January and December 2021.

They are cheats. Stayed in this property for two months. They have scammed the public by advertising that there's food, daily cleaning and security. Half of the time the food got over. Party since Thursday every week when manager will booze and play loud music but lectures others on security. Unclean room, bedsheets, bedbugs. Stained bedsheet. Very bad food... Will make you sick. 40,000 rupees per month just thrown away in this property. All false advertising, cheats and scammers !!!!!

I vacated the housr property on 30th may, my deposit is not yet refunded...guys please don't get fooled and stay away from such properties
