Very limited functionality when compared to the previous version. No facility to add new payee or bill payments. No message facility. No Conversion rate and deposit rates. Payees that were available on previous version are not available on this version.

Compared to all my experiences with other banks, this is a very poor mobile banking app with quite limited options to do like a few basic transactions and simple accounts inquiry only. I have kept complaining to HSBC Bahrain team for 5 years but nothing has changed on the app. It is a shame.
