Poor-relation app compared to the UK HSBC app. Still no PSD2 Open Banking support years after it was introduced as a standard and again, supported in the UK app. Feels dodgy.

It's like the birth of online banking...terrible. Baby steps. One complaint at a time. On the front screen (hey how much money do I have?). Kinda critical, I think. It only shows my settled balance. They can clearly show my available balance as it shows up when I go to make a payment. It's 2023. People need to know what they 'actually' have in the bank. Why does my actual/pending balance show in payments, but not on the most critical place - 'my balance' page? Really people. Chasing charges?
