Overall a decent App. Does what you expect from a banking App. It's very, very nice to have an English language option. However, there are too many security codes, pins and passwords to keep track of. And when you change phones that's when it can get très compline. In the end I was frozen out of my account and had to phone customer service... The man I spoke to was very helpful, and we spoke in English. He helped me get back connected to the App. Merci beau coup 😊

Dated interface and not very user-friendly. They should hire someone with UI/UX expérience.

Very bad experience generally: when I created the bank account they forced me in creating an investment profile too and had me pay money for it. About the app: There is no real time updates on the transactions making hard to keep track of your expenses. Also, very difficult to set up the app for the first time with all the passwords etc.

This app has a terrible user experience, awful security practices, a lack of features and the entire bank is horrible to deal with. I recommend trying to change banks as quickly as possible.

Harassment, I am done with HSBC, they continue to harass me, I have no contracts with them. I don't have any accounts. They continue to harass me to do business with them. Frankly this is absurd. Hoping to warn other people to avoid this bank.
