Stop being ridiculous. You are blocking access to your app because your app detects and flags the official LG ThinQ (installed from Play Store) on my phone. How is that a security risk?

Suddenly cannot log in the apps, every time I try to log in the apps bounce back, then how do I get my pin to do my transaction?????? Please do something hsbc! Call ur CS so hard to reach, once reach ur CS just ask me to reinstall the apps & restart my phone which is I have done a thousand times & nothing happen! Please improve your apps!
