★★★★★ Improved stability and simplified workflow. However the functions are limited

★★★★★ Even if not as feature rich as all the other TW banking apps, this one absolutely wins for simplicity and ease of use. It's lacking in the sense that it doesn't send push notifications for credit/debit card charges. Minus a star for that.

★★★★★ Simple and functional. However, I'm disappointed that I can't see my credit card details or let the transaction recipient know that I transferred them money.

★★☆☆☆ Customers will not be able to set up more than 1 mobile device (incl. Android and iOS) to access the HSBC Taiwan app.

★★☆☆☆ The worst bankingbrules and management I haver seen They let you open the account then they close abruptly your account by having your money stuck inside the bank. Then they tried to send the money through checks to your address and the checks are delivered to someone else not to yourself, and you can never ever. Get your deposit balances back your money is being confiscated by the bank. Kind of stealing customers money through their own banking ways of manipulations.DON'T USE THIS BANK IN TW
