My dog was very sick. Hub City was not my regular vet, at the time. Even though they were booked and did not know us, they were gracious enough to get me an appointment. They were so nice and helpful. My dog got better in a couple of days. They are now my vet clinic. Kindness to my puppy when he needed it won me over.
