Worst experience. Unprofessional app and no customer support, orders not delivered. There are to many flaws to count on this app. Please shut your business down if you cannot manage the business and cater the needs of the consumers. I paid using Paytm wallet but did not receive the order just a plain payment confirmation email with no tracking id or any order id. Considering it is a new app for food ordering you should at least keep in touch with the consumer but you are not at all reachable.

You need to look over the quality of food which you are delivering for your customers,I got really bad food with rotten smell and to raise complaint none of your service is active.its waste of money.Try to hear complaints from your customers and try to solve them,thank you.
