I like the picture/word association. I like the lessons on using the correct form of the word. I didn't find the written downloadable lesson right away, but now I have, and I find it helpful to print them out. The blue bubbles with words that need to be put in the correct order have the words cut off at the bottom (I have an android phone). I believe the hypnosis portion is very helpful.

Astana is the best vocal on the app, I wish she had recorded all the hypnoses scripts! It took me awhile to understand the interface and navigate between hypnosis section and lessons. I subscribed to Lifetime hoping it would unlock all hypnosis sessions, but it didn't. However, it does keep me motivated to earn them through completing lessons. I'm speaking Spanish aloud more than before and I think it's because I'm less anxious and tapping into Theta brain waves more often.

I haven't explored every aspect of the app, but I've listened to a lot of hypnosis tracks, and I've also been trained in hypnosis/clinical hypnotherapy. And I must say that I was extremely impressed with the quality of the hypnosis sessions I listened to on there. Very effective, very well done, and performed and created by someone very skilled and knowledgeable in hypnotherapy and generative change work. I'm just about blown away by the quality of these sessions. I recommend 👍🔥💪

Sadly I can't even try 1 lesson to see if I would like it, you have to pay just so you can start the first lesson, so there's no trying it out first. And I haven't seen not one English reply for the other comments yet. I do want to try to see if I would like it, but I'm not paying for a monthly subscription just to see if I do! Hopefully they change it and then, maybe.

It's a good concept, but I can't tell you if it really works or not because I can't get pass the first lesson. I'm trying to learn Chinese, but the lesson wants me to translate Chinese into French. I set the interfacing language to English but it the lesson is set up in such a way that if you don't know French you can't use it.
