Ok app. Wish I could bookmark events and add tickets to my account in case I bought them without being logged in or received them as a gift.

Buying is easy and strait forward, but refunding a returned-24h-before-event ticket will be not possible directly but only through an insurance they offer for accidents (not the case), though they are reselling your returned ticket immediately and charge again for the same ticket, which seems not correct to me. Better resell the tickets yourself if you cannot attend.

Scammers. There's no way you're getting a refund if the show is cancelled and the organizer does not respond. No customer service. No empathy for the customer. They just care about taking the commission from you payment.

Stand up Rescheduled to another time and place, no refund no nothing, 1 email to notify changes, that's all, and you have to search/filter and find this specific email from tons of emails that they send because of newsletter. Ffs just send a sms or a few emails, so everyone sees it We were a bunch Of people waiting for the show to happen in the original location(written on the ticket that we bought) but of course no one came to open the door.
