After the latest Android update on my phone, I can't get IAR to load. It just sits there loading. Our department uses this app for all our communication, as it was intended, but I can't get it to load now. After leaving the review the Tech Support team reached out to me within 24 hrs. Steve walked me through a few things. After that, we discovered the firewall on our home Wi-Fi is the issue. I'll just shut off the Wi-Fi on my phone when I need to use IAR. Thank you, Steve, for your help!

Update: Thank you for fixing the lack of pop up notifications! Since the update there No pop up notifications for Audio Alerts. I only received an audible alert and no notification in the notification bar. This feature was very helpful because if I miss the sound I could still see a notification in my notifications bar. Please fix this. The notification only works in CAD.

It works good. One suggestion I'd like to make is integration with Google Home. It may be a little unnecessary, but it would be cool if this app could turn on lights in my house if a call came through in the middle of the night. Just a thought

The new update is absolutely terrible. Is what was a simple dashboard Is now extremely difficult. It's beyond frustrating, and I honestly don't want to use it anymore.

Installed on a new phone, now I can't choose the built-in IAR toner sounds, wants me to use Zedge or the built-in sec sound app, and won't let me choose the correct audio file

Absolutely awful application that doesn't show new message notifications on Android. I have to go into the app and click on messages to see that I've missed several because the notification is not working. Funny how the iPhone version doesn't have this issue.

This app has serious reliability issues and is most certainly not user-friendly. Our dispatch uses this for search and rescue calls and frequently only the members listening to their radios ever respond because we never get notifications or hear the call-out through IAR. If it worked the way it's supposed to it would be a good system. But it doesn't and seems to be getting worse as time goes by.
