They also offer a great rate, my transfer cost around 0.5% compared to 5% with my French bank. Setting up the app was easy, and the customer service is very efficient and responsive.

★★☆☆☆ After they collect all my documents including selfie with ID, they e-mailed me info that their service is not available in my country, which is an EU country by the way. They are scammers collecting documents for other purpose.

★★☆☆☆ If you're looking for some away to make fast exchange don't use this platform, every time I try to finish and get the money transfer they ask for something new. I'm not using this platform anymore. Not fast, very complicated.
