Switched phone, and now I can't even log in. I've tried doing forgot password, but that is useless as the bank hours during the weekday. Why have an app available if it does not work?

So if I block my card from this app, and it goes down an actual branch doesn't have a way to unblock my damn card? That's crazy. I call to IBC in Alamo the one in Walmart there solution is to get a new card with a charge of $15.00... why if this app is down.

Why do I want this app if it will not let me log it? Every time is the same thing. My card was stolen n I needed to disactivet it n I could not log in. I tried reseting my pasword n nothing. It is so frustrating.
