Unable to get the OTP even though the registered number is entered correctly. Is the system which generate OTP is down?

In your manual you say got Visitor. But on Apps there is no Visitor. Which one is this? How do I register my guest's plate number? You already made me pay RM11 for my guest parking today because the security did not allow my guest to exit. So now how? Where do I register my guest car plate number? Don't make me pay twice just because your system sucks. Visitors do not get charged for coming to owners' unit. Or I will charge back to the Management.
