★★☆☆☆ Was working, but this last update is a fail. Cannot even zoom on a resume without it crashing the app

★★☆☆☆ I have been trying to use this app, I am in charge of recruiting and would love to roll this out to my dozens of hiring managers. The functionality is just awful, it took me several attempts of downloading and deleting and reinstalling before it finally worked. Each failed attempt requires the system admin to resend the alert necessary for access to the App, so it's just a complicated mess. Once the App is working, it shuts down repeatedly when I try to zoom on a resume. When a resume is submitted in word, and has multiple pages, the "next page" icon lights up but doesn't work. The alerts for "next steps" also don't get sent to the correct end users in HR. I wish I could get help, but my helpdesk tickets to ICBMs have gone unanswered. Great job, folks.

★★☆☆☆ Not as described by sales team, does not do everything we were told it would do. Managers will have to log in to full version and reenter the candidate info they submitted via the app. We are told that manager can approve or decline an offer, but we are not rolling this out to managers based on our pretest phase.
