Awesome app! A few suggestions I have would be the ability to pinpoint certain spots on the app for mushroom locations on a map and also changing the functionality of the back button on your phone to go back inside the app rather than exit.

The information it gives you is so inaccurate as to render it almost useless. Many species are listed under extremely outdated names, many species that aren't present here are listed, several species are listed twice under the same or two different names, the descriptions are so vague as to be almost useless, and a concerning large number of the photos used to represent species have been misidentified, some to an extreme degree. Please take the info in the app with several jars of salt.

A bit disappointed. Although containing some good info, I find that this app is not particularly functional, and hope it becomes more developed. It should ask for environment in which fungi is found (e.g. under beech or eucalypti trees, urban lawn, rainforest) Would be helpful to be able to search ALL via category (ie, all fungi found in pine forest, all bracket fungi, all amanita sp) The current algorithm also brings up results that do not conform to search parameters, which is unhelpful.

I bought this for $5 to try narrow down which of an Australian specific genus of mushroom I had found. It contains no info about any mushroom from that genus. On further inspection there appears to be a severely limited database. There is no option to upload and contribute. If there was I would gladly keep the app and help make it better. As it is, I am going to refund the purchase. App is basic, would be functional with a better database though. Easy to find info on common mushrooms elsewhere
