After reading all the one star negative reviews, I did not have high hopes for this app. Installation went well, thank God. My high-speed internet is working, smart devices connected without a hitch, everything seems to be working as it should. Not going to play around with the settings for fear of messing something up. I will update my review if anything changes. Equipment: Rogers Xfinity Gateway Gen 2 Modem, Samsung S25 Ultra, Chrome browser. Good luck to all and may the force be with you.

Editing and changing rating. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seems to have fixed my issue. Ever since rogers switched from ignite to xfinity, nothing but glitches with the app update. Any chance on getting this fixed? Used to be a good app with many useful features, but this is ridiculous. It's stuck in a constant loop and won't load.....

App stuck in continuous reload loop. Same issue as others since the update. I can't access my doorbell camera because the app will not load as it just wants to keep reloading. Very discouraging. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Didn't work.

This app doesn't work since the update. It keeps loading and closing the site to log in, so I'm ano able to control my devices!

This app logs you out when you try to use it and then takes forever to log you back in. The features just use external sources like speed test and doesn't tell you too many details about the devices that are connected to the network. When there is a problem, its main fix is to restart the modem or change passwords. If you look online about the same issues there are more detailed fixes that are easy and actually fix the problem.
