Please remove the need to swipe in from the side to enable Off Road Mode. Android uses this motion in the OS to go back a screen. So there is no way to enter Off Road Mode unless I go into my settings and to off system gestures which is a pain to do twice a day. Please just add the mode to the GUI and stop trying to hide it as everyone that reads the manual knows it's there. It's not exactly a secret!

Earlier version did not work. Thanks for addressing in app update. Problem solved. Suggestion: allow off-road mode to stay on even after bike power off (like sport mode does) rather than having to reset in app each time.

I have the iGO Royal UF e-bike. It will not pair with the Android iGO Connect app in my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. I filled out the Customer Support form, got a case number, but am still waiting to hear from technical support. Very disappointed.

I have a modern Samsung S22 Ultra and am unable to connect my bike to the iGO app. A scan shows no results. In reviewing other comments here, it appears you folks have failed big time. Word spreads. It would be in your interest to fix this, high priority. OK, problem solved. Why not just list the bikes in all manuals that have this technology. Mine does not, but I wasted hours of my time to make that determination.
