Amazing price point, substantially more affordable than their competitors

Don't use this service. Scheduled a ride and never got picked up 3 hours after ride was scheduled was laughed at and hung up on by the operator them telling me to call someone else after them telling me the cab was 15 min away every time I called.

They made me miss 3 appointments. When they don't come they don't even let you know. Only reason why I'm using them is because it's covered through with Medica. Don't book any rides because they don't have a GUARANTEE that their driver will be there. No point getting this app too! There's no point! I DON'T RECOMMEND anyone using their company Tplus Rides.
