I used chaperoning to launder a load of laundry because my washing machine is broken. They have listed on their website and app, a service called "service wash" for basic wash, dry and fold. However, when you schedule a pickup for your laundry, there is no option to choose the service that you want. I messaged the company, and they just said, don't worry, we'll take care of it. Well, they charged me £80 for my load of laundry. I emailed them to request they fix this, but they have refused.

Service stopped in my area, with no warning. Just could not order new pickup. App just gave rotating waiting sign with no pickup dates available. Had to phone helpdesk to find out they had dropped my area and hence me as customer. Cannot recommend this service. Use with caution and do not rely on them.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service and so massively overpriced. Their fee structure allows them to rip their customers off. Don't use. You'd be better off buying your own dryer than wasting so much money sending out to them.

I really have enjoyed the easy and speedy service facilitated by your app but with an ever-increasing number of eco-friendly dry cleaners dropping PERC in favor of Green Earth, C02, and other biodegradable non-petroleum based dry cleaning solvents, I just cannot recommend your dry cleaning service.
