I hate the phone booking in system to get into the gym that's linked to this ap. We had a fully functional great wellness key entry system that was deemed no good. You now have to book into every door you use in the gym, it's not gchq for god sake. When you go on the waiting list for a class it tells you there are spaces when there is not, useless function. Apart from that booking classes is easy, but it was just as easy on the old ap. All this money for door entry systems makes no sense.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Who ever designed/developed this app should go back and be retrained. It took a total of 2 days to download (for a whole 24hrs it said it was downloaded 100% but wasn't installed), the navigation is awful, the layout is awful. I get it, they've done it cheaply, but it's barely usable. Spend the money and get a proper app sorted. The check in software has always been awful. When it was tap in with a card, it didn't sign you in it just showed your details.
