★★★★★ I've never had a problem with the app. My monitor is always static, even with the camera off.

★★★★★ Slightly difficult to set up, but patience is required the system is slow to respond to input, instructions are a little vague in translation, good point is it works well

★★☆☆☆ I have had this camera for years and was able to view the camera on my phone with this app. Just this year the app began a "wrong password" message and won't connect when I use the correct password. I wrote to the developer to ask how to reset the password and was told to look for a reset button on the DVR. There is no such button, so the camera can only be viewed directly from the DVR. I am very displeased, as it is obviously a software problem caused by an update and the developer has no motivation to correct the issue. I will have to buy a new system to correct the issue. Would rate the whole thing lower if possible.
