Removes the need for stressful visits entirely. I needed a water meter temporary closure for surrendering a government house, and it got done in 4 days. I can now download my NOC, as well as the receipt for the money paid online. There was only one small misstep (when I ticked the wrong option), and that too came with advice on how to set it right. This app is the future of public dealing of routine govt. requests. Kudos to the Water Department, MC Chandigarh for taking the lead in this regard.

Dear Chandigarh Officers, If you have started this service to resolve the issues, then the employees should also be in working mode. After submitting the complaints, they only call you multiple time but no one will come check and resolve the issue. After that issues will automatically be resolved. They will not answer calls as well. All Chandigarh govt employees work online mode they don't know how to resolve the people issues. They even don't guide you which deprt will resolve the issue.

This app is just waste of time. I am trying for water disconnection, but not able to apply. For new connection and disconnection, after applying online, you still have to visit the office 2–3 times that defeat the purpose of the app. It should be totally online without any manual interference and should eliminate the requirement of visiting the MC office.
