Easy to use app for changing any pic to fit wallpaper size. Does what it says.

No option to set wallpaper to fill. Only option are either set to height or set to width but not both. And without that this app is useless.

Won't fit. You can zoom it out to show the whole image, but then you have bars... You can't resize the image to fit the whole screen w/o being zoomed in.
