Not bad since you are still on developing stages l call say you are pefect. Now you introduced the secret account number and no need for contact number as reference for the transfers there you nailed it. Lastly add any option for instant transfers not to make a delay of 2 working days' no. Make its fast and efficient remember some transactions need to be approved only after payment or transfer gas shown on the recipient so sort than option out. We need 2 mins transfers not 2 days

Your customer service representatives are extremely unprofessional, totally not trained with dealing with clients and queries. They do not have sufficient information to relay to clients. Your banking will not allow airtime purchases, your proof of payment is sent to a number not an email. Who designed your apps. Your reps don't know the Daily, ATM and swipe limits, I called and was told 3 diff amounts. You guys are dealing with people's money you need to up your game. Very unhappy as a new client

IMB service is very poor...l have account with the bank to my surprise to find out that my card has been blocked, and the money still went through...went to the offices in town last week regarding my funds up until today l haven't been assisted...there say the system has changed but l was not informed abt that or whatsoever am very disappointed
