An amazing app. I had no idea where to start my workouts but this app is just so useful for finding out what muscles you want to focus on and what exercises you can do for them. All exercise are animated to show you good form and follow through. Bit by bit you will develop your workout routine and a better understanding of your body,

The app was amazing, I loved it, but it stopped working when the expansion download became a requirement.

Besides looking and feeling like a 10 yr old app it's not that useful. It will show you all the exercises but won't tell you that the exercise is really bad for a particular joint and another exercise would be a much better option. Filters are also not that great. You can filter by "Core" but not by "Rectus abdominis" for example. You can click on abs on the muscle model and that will show you all the exercises, but then you can't filter by equipment. Getting to a targeted exercise is not possible
