Absolutely awful banking app and banking organization. Half the time it resets everything and/or doesn't work AND the bank steals $3 every month for using it. Legacy Bank merging with In bank is a disaster. I'm looking for a new bank... As many of us are.

This app is garbage! Won't save password. Can't use Passcode sign in because the keypad won't come up when you try to access it. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it STILL won't work JUNK!!

Terrible app. Won't let me use my fingerprint to log in anymore. Have been locked out of the account several times and have to call in to have it reset.
