Easy to use and other than the $8 charge on top of everything it's not too expensive. It's nice to be able to order food and even send pictures. Alot easier than sending it western union like I used to have done. Thank you to the developers for the time and attention to detail.

Mobile app on S7 is very limited. Can't even change password! Credit card flags Canteen purchase transactions as fraud thus locks my card! VERY PRICEY SERVICES/PRODUCTS! Don't like app, but no other options for inmates.

The facility that my husband is right supposedly updated its site so I can't use the app any longer because they don't have it ready yet so now I can't send any money to my husband the app freezes a lot

The video visits only work about 10% of the time. You would think since you have to pay 8.95 processing fee for everything you do on there things would work properly. Especially when you have to do separate purchases for adding money to the inmate funds and adding funds communications . I spend so much money every week for nothing to ever work properly.
