Your menu covers up most of the print when depositing a check. Menu is all messed up and gard to navigate.

I use the Android version of the app. Since the update, it opens with the Innovation Federal Credit Union screen, then a window pops open starting an unexpected error occurred and to try again later. Cannot get past this screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three more times in the last 24 hours. Same results.

This app works, but it is not user-friendly. To many barriers to often I end up phoning in. sometimes I can't do what I'm trying to, but it won't tell you can't. A person tells you when you phone. Setting up e-transfer from my account to myself I need a security question. Why? Having to use old security question for a new transaction??? Impossible to set new question. Overall just frustrating.

Worst banking app I have ever used by far. Non-intuitive and way to many clicks to get where you want. Slow. I shutter every time I have to open it. Terrible. 0 stars of it was an option.
