Очень классное и полезное приложение. Сервис с пачкоматами - просто супер:легко, интуитивно понятно, быстро, недорого! Все заказываю через пачкоматы - всем советую. После прибытия заказ лежит лишь 2суток, это немного напрягает (. Very cool and useful application. The service with Dichromats is just super: easy, intuitive, fast, inexpensive! I order everything through dichromats - I recommend it to everyone. After arrival, the order is only for 2 days, it is a little stressful (

Recent app changes introduced haptic feedback, which is impossible to disable, making overall experience unpleasant to touch (terribly sorry, I'm not a fan of haptic feedback for all the taps, it should be really limited or disabled). Great app overall, but would really prefer to have option to disable haptic feedback. (not the right place but not sure where to leave such feedback)

(1) Inpost machines without touchscreen are total disaster and failure. How to open w/o smartphone? (2) Not possible to set application language independently of system setting. (3) After app installation SMS notifications have been disabled without any warning.

THE WORSE POST EVER It's not about the app, but about the service, especially courier delivery. In my country, I never had any problems, but here it's like a normal thing. They just cannot do their job right (courier ignored notes for courier delivery and ignored phone calls). After even calls on the hotline and complaint (with proofs), they were like "we did a good job it's your fault".

You can't manage parcel from other countries: +48. Phone login only! No English. This is a LPCAL post not international. 2 of 2 parcels were not delivered: - parcel arrives at delivery point before the holidays - on holidays delivery place is closed - after holidays the parcel is taken away. You can not receive your package. And noone cares 😕.
