So simple...literally press the 'open remotely' button on your phone as you approach the lockers and the relevant door for your parcel flies open. I've installed the app in order to send a parcel. I opened an InPost webpage with a detailed instruction on how to send it using the app. But there's no option to send in the app, only to track, so the instructions are completely inaccurate. Fix it InPost

I would not bother contacting inpost with any issues about your parcels. Have they donen't care. And are extremely unhelpful and rude. The driver said he tried to deliver my parcel, and he left a card. There was no attempt to deliver my parcel has there been 4 of us in the house and no one came to deliver it. We are in all day. And I was told of the first person I spoke to that they should try 3 times to deliver then it will go back to the seller. And it hasn't zero 🌟.

This app was good now I can't even log in as I can't type the verification code in at all. It doesn't bring any numbers u type into the box so now I can't get onto my app abd have 4 parcels I'm tracking. Have updated....uninstalled and reinstalled, but it's still not working 😕
