Account is locked every time I try to log in. I have to call each time. They don't get back to you and can't resolve the problem. Disappointing.

Logging into the app is always a nightmare. Never allows me to use biometrics. Nothing is clear or intuitive. One of the worst apps I've ever used. Update 2/23/2025: POS app is still the worst I've ever used.
