My experience is any order with more than 4 items can cause a problem. If something isn't available, expect the time you had in your head to stretch. Customers are almost never available to approve the substitution. I keep my jobs to a minimum of 5 items. Besides whom'd shop for 25 items for $14? Not me. I have discovered it works perfectly with DD.

Only problem I've been having is notifications haven't been showing up. And usually when that happens I don't receive batches from the store I'm at. And I've checked everything. Myself and a few others have been having this problem lately.

I love working for Instacart because you're allowed to make your own hours. They have so many perks, so many benefits it's really an ideal drive job, especially for a person who doesn't want to be in the office or work for someone. You're your own boss

The app recently says I am not online unable to search for orders. That's just not true, so it's not on my end.

They throttle you way back unless you take the batches they want you to take which for me is 40+ miles every batch. Priority access and diamond status is an absolute joke! They keep feeding certain shoppers batch after batch. But screw every other seasoned shopper over. If they change their ways I will gladly give them 5 🌟 again but for now it's -10 🌟

I have been logged out and my phone number has changed since the last time I was in, now I cannot get into the account and every contact info I am given, all refers me back to the help center located inside the app that requires a log-in to view. I am trying to obtain my tax documents but have found that there is no help for shoppers unless logged into the app which I can no longer access. PLEASE SEND HELP! If I can update my phone number I'd gladly do so, but have been unable to.
