I have their automatic litter box and their double feeder. App was easy to install and hook up my components, as long as your internet provider can get you a 2.8 connection. I love that I can easily program the amount of food my pet gets and can change it throughout the day. I love it so much I just bought another one!

I got this as a gift yesterday and still cannot get my phone & Pure chew Snack Instachew to recognize my device. I've scanned QR Code, downloaded the app, viewed YouTube video, read the manual over & over & I'm NOT stupid but omg this is making me feel like I am. All I get is the constant beeping from the machine. Frustrated beyond recognition 😤 Not giving up yet. Last resort is calling HELP Support tomorrow if nothing connects.

I have the purchew sight security camera/feed bowl. I love the device this app is complete garbage in the fact that it chooses local vs Wi-Fi as opposed to always being on one. I have lost the ability to change the feed schedule because my device will no longer maintain a commection via Wi-Fi. I do not know why. The app has all necessary permissions. Very inconvenient for a product meant to increase convenience.

When I first got this camera, it was great, but it doesn't want to work lately. I have reset it, uninstalled the app re paired my phone. Everything and it works for 5 mins and the just doesn't work at all. Maybe someone with an iPhone will have better luck. But Droid users not so much. They had issue with Droid in the past. My other camera from a different company doesn't give me any problems. So I will buy from them. I need to replace this 360.
