Super easy to use App. Great that it retains your details for future use. Such a convenient way to access medical advice, medical certificates and prescriptions. I needed to talk with a doctor on one occasion, and they were empathic and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I felt heard. When you only need a one-day certificate, I could get this without talking to a doctor. It definitely is instant, as my certificate came through within 5 minutes of lodging my request. 10 out of 10 from me.

Time waster. At the start of the process I was asked to select my medication from a list, then I went through the long process of filling out all my details including medicare number, next of kin etc. only to be told that my medication is not available, and I would have to do telehealth consult. They could have easily made this clear at the start. Complete waste of time and money!

The doctors don't know anything about the pbs system. I recently got a script for a preventer for my asthma, and I have been on this particular preventer for two years plus. I have always got it on the pbs, but the doctors from this app are telling me that it's not pbs even after I copied the medication from the pbs site. I will never use this app again
