I don't like the fact that the app is only sending me jobs in positions that I didn't apply for.

Poor app to work for. I was scheduled for work and had made it to the event, and was notified the recruiter and vendor cancelled without giving me 24 hours notice prior. I was assigned a job and when I got to the assignment, I was informed of an issue and never was explained why I was being turned away. The next day, my account was deactivated and no explanation. I was threatened and told law enforcement would be called if I didn't leave and ignored. Instawork doesn't support their workers

Honestly this is one of the most frustrating apps for trying to get gig work. I will get texts saying that a shift I am on the wait-list for is available, and I will click in within 3 seconds of getting the message and the shift will be gone. I've also had it get me through to accepting the shift, and then it will say the shift is booked within a minute of the shift showing up. How does anyone get work on this app without a bot accepting for you. Absolutely ridiculous.
