Not accuracy consumption and not helpful to some Hospital in case of emergency if not PEC or pre-existing condition these Apps and affiliated HMO card of Interlinear should cover the patient's right, so it will fully exhaust, and use; and as I wish hoping the HMO should beneficial to all Children whose covered by there principal/employee which has a privilege to maximize the usage of HMO, well then in case of emergency not just the clinic facility but hospital facilities will be.

For me, the app upgrade is good! Its slow sometimes but it's ok, the app is doing its purpose. Finding doctors are easy, and most importantly, was able to request for medicine reimbursement through the app. Unlike my prev. HMO, I still needed to print forms.

Very buggy app. Slow in fetching details. The app crashes when trying to update bank details for reimbursement. It is already 2025 and yet the developers cannot make this app run smoothly.

Worst experience, registering is so dang hard, verification code will be sent but no pop-ups to enter the code in the end, you can mistakenly click again, and or there is nothing to send the code to, now you cannot access your account

Very hassle-- kept on asking to log in every single time. Notifies that biometrics doesn't work because of a couple of missed even though I did not log in yet. Clinic phone numbers and doctor affiliations are not updated as well.
