Unfortunately I can't really recommend this device because I no longer have the ability to view a live stream from the camera is it something to do with encryption it's more than likely my phone's been updated so much that it no longer is compatible I can still receive notifications from when somebody buzzers the door or tries to dismantle it but no live feed

Hard to set up video doorbell instruction was hard to follow and trying to get all setting up is a nightmare

Useless app as it won't let me connect via mobile hotspot or mobile data. Insists phone has to be connected to Wi-Fi before proceeding with adding new device, despite being fully connected to internet via mobile data and Wi-Fi hotspot active and available. Very disappointed as I can't use off-grid in my caravan, despite having other devices and Alexa working on mobile Wi-Fi hotspot.

Why does the app shut down and ask to clear cache and don't work? Had this app for years, and now it doesn't work. I've reinstalled, even made a new email worked for 10 m8ns then shut down again. So unhappy waste of time now. Just don't buy smart things that need this app.

I downloaded this app because the original in tempo app got taken away. I thought it would have an option for the smartwatch I have but was very disappointed when I found it wasn't there. They need to put the app back
