I was told congratulations I successfully get to rent a house. They gave me the run around for a month and a half and long story short they scammed me out of the application fee and deposit. Sent me bogus rental agreement and then did not let me in to the property. Now alll of a sudden the realtor Michael Brennan's phone is disconnected all the way. And I am out so much money and time. With me and my daughter being fully homeless for months on end. I am tired 😴 😩 worn out and feel totally scam

Invitation homes are buying up and building entire neighborhoods to RENT OUT. TO KEEP PEOPLE AS RENTERS AND CREATE ARTIFICIAL HOUSING SCARCITY. Their rent rates are very predatory with inflated prices that most single family and/or single income households can't afford. Invitation homes communication is lacking. Older houses need updating. I rented a worn down, under managed 3 bedroom for $2100/mo. The fruit trees and the yard in the back were in terrible condition. Wall and gate are falling apart

I'm not sure if this is legit. Haven't seen anyone say whether they have successfully gained a home through this app. When I was denied for the houses I put an application in, they said they would send an email explaining why. I never got an email and can't get through to anyone who can tell me why I was denied, and it's $55 per application.
