I was never able to use the old app; it would take forever to load and crash all the time (if it was ever able to bring up a map at all) It is annoying to have to manage the downloads (you can only have one place downloaded at a time) however the download times are very fast and it coveres large areas (a whole state) Very happy I am going to be able to use this app for future trips

I see a lot of improvement in this new version! I like the functionality a lot. It's a lot less finicky and cumbersome. The UI has vastly improved. As others has stated downloading areas in the map is not ideal however I understand why this was done. Advertisements aren't too intrusive, I understand the Dev needs to support the app somehow. I look forward to seeing how this app improves in the future.

Serious downgrade from the original iOverlander (now called legacy). It is now required for you to download offline maps per area you are visiting, and you can ONLY DOWNLOAD *ONE* map without paying money. Eventually it locks you out of downloading any maps at all, forcing you to pay money for CROWD SOURCED resources. I was excited to finally be able to bookmark places for later, but I'm going back to the old app

Terrible downgrade from the previous app. I just use original iOverlander and I recommend you do the same. This version is trashy and scummy.
