★★★★★ At first, I thought the app was a dud, but I figured out how to make it work. First, in the settings for the remote, you need to add the IP address of the TV (find it in the network section of tv settings). Second, you need to add a PSK (pre shared key). This has to be set in your TV first. Once you set on the TV, you can add it to the settings for the remote. Once I did both, it worked immediately.

★★☆☆☆ Before some kind of update was made to this software which asked for EULA again, post which it stopped working. Checked to see if my Router changed the IP address of the TV as DHCP was enabled. Also checked to see if Pre-shared key was changed by any chance by that also did not happen. Remote is showing my TV's MAC address on which Wake on LAN is enabled as well. But still no go. Please fix the App ASAP. Now the IP remote software sits useless on my phone until this issue is fixed.
