Easy installation. App is very simple and easy to use. Straight forward. Planning to buy another cam and the alarm system. Video is clear in daytime, the audio is crisp. You can actually spook any intruder in your home. Downside video is pitch black at night. I had to put nightlights. It would have been nice if there is motion sensor.

Poor Support Aftet moving, I have forgotten my cameras password so I reset it back to its defaults and I am still having pronlem connecting the camera to this app using the default password. I contacted Smanos support and their advice was to take it back to the place of purchase. I went back to Officeworks and they have no idea about this products support. So I am very dissapointed with Smanos's lack of interest to help me and my xamera is now useless.

Terrible app lags like crazy. Camera intermittently connects. The two cameras I bought had broken mounts out of the box.

The camera is great even in very low light. However the app still requires a lot of work. It is lacking even the most common features (e.g. Digital PTZ, remote access to the SD card & informing when firmware update is needed). You can not view multiple cameras at once nor can it be installed on an android pad. Also there is no help section or contact to request upgrades to improve the app.

Absolute garbage most of the time app won't load my camera when it does the lag time is insane. I would never recommend this brand of security camera to anyone
